3532 Jasmine #5 is not your typical rental. The 4 x 17 foot patio is an ideal environment for growing shade plants, and when appropriately tended makes a beautiful and restful backdrop when viewed through the 12 foot wide glass windows of the living room. At night, lights above the patio illuminate the plantings.  

The two level set-up of the unit means that public spaces are separated from private spaces; a guest can wait downstairs while a host or hostess gets dressed upstairs without either feeling that they are intruding or being intruded upon.  The lathe and plaster walls dramatically cut down transmission of sounds from the adjacent apartment.

The custom track lighting in the master bedroom and living room, as well as the beveled glass chadellier in the stairwell, presents a decorator look.

J5-Kitch-Total Floor tile is ceramic.

J5-cooktop Counter tops are now black absolute granite.
Cooktop has electronic ignition.
Oven is by Maytag.

J5-wallOven There is now a microwave oven installed over the cooktop.  Photo was taken before the installation of the black granite counter.

     There is an additional master bedroom closet with mirrored sliding doors to the right of the walk-in closet.


J5-Bath-Upstairs J5 - Upstairs bath vanity has ceramic valve single handle faucet, updated countertop, wood stained cabinet, and tiled floor. Copper plumbing through out insures excellent water pressure.  Outlet next to sink updated with GFI for electrical safety when using hair dryer.

J5-Fireplace J5 - Living Room Fireplace & Track Lighting.  Track lighting is controlled by wall switch at entry to living room. To the left of fireplace, under stairs, is a closet.

 J5 - Stair well has beveled glass chandelier.     J5 Patio is plant friendly. 

Patio makes attractive backdrop for living room, especially at night when overhead flood lights are turned on.

of vehicles may not hang out
over edge into the alley.

The trash company needs to
be able to gain access to the
trash once per week on trash
day; that means that one the spots
assigned to units 4, 5, or 6 must
be vacant. As long as one of the
three spots is empty, dumpster
can be removed.  Dumpster access
is typically only an issue on the day
after Thanksgiving.
